We will be upgrading the Data Center device known as HR4.LA1 to a new software version to support future functionality and resolve known issues with the current version. This upgrade will require the device to be reloaded while the redundant router remains in service. There will be a loss of redundancy/failover for 2 hours and several short periods of increased latency and/or packet loss while the device being upgraded is reloaded and interfaces are brought up or down. We are sorry for any inconvenience this change may cause as we take the necessary proactive measures to ensure the stability of our network infrastructure.
