Dark Web ID Platform Enhancements Release Date: December 13th, 2019 8:00PM EST Expected Downtime: 5 Minutes Hello Partners!

We encountered a few anomalies during our quality assurance release procedure last night, and were unable to provide the update as intended. We worked diligently overnight to resolve the anomalies and are confident in our new release window.

  1. Overall BullPhish ID Campaign Creation Reliability - Users should no longer receive false-positive error messages during Campaign creation e.g. 'There was an error with the BullPhish ID server. Please contact support.'

  2. BullPhish ID Campaign Target Allowance - Campaigns with a higher number of targets were experiencing a higher rate of errors. We no longer expect to see errors related to the quantity of Targets in creating a Campaign. This does not affect an issue with Editing larger Target Groups, as this issue persists and is being investigated.

  3. Scheduled Campaigns appear 'Stuck' - Due to potential system strain, this update will be run slightly later in the evening when site traffic is lower. Some Scheduled Campaigns persisted on the Scheduled Campaigns page even after the scheduled Start Date. Of those campaigns, some were sent but did not transition to Results, other Scheduled Campaigns did not kickoff at all. With this update, Campaign Results will display for Scheduled Campaigns that sent but did not transition. Scheduled Campaigns that did not kickoff will be initiated for the expected duration, then recurring campaigns will be advanced to the next logical/available start date.

  4. Daily Compromise Email Deliverability - Daily Compromise emails were affected for a date range of 12/6 - 12/13. These alerts will be sent, and function as expected moving forward.
